Question
what is specific about body language in uk?
i came to the uk to work in b2b sales and am hearing that am not a typical sales guy and my body language is limited. what can that be? is this related to the english hypocritical showing emotions that they dont feel and that english people like bulshiting each other that way, and i may be too real in my body language?

More likely you're just a crap salesman and they're telling you gently. Get the message?

I think the english prefer more personal space than other people. That's about it, I think. Perhaps your problem is more fundamental. Sales people generally have a more expressive presence. Perhaps you are just more reserved than most sales people.

iF you cannot take constructive criticism then you should not be in sales. you have to be adaptable.

If you are uptight other people can notice this and if you feel uncomfortable it will transfer to your customers.

I regret to note that your comments are very defencive and that when faced with criticism you prefer to blame others rather than reflect upon what is being said. Sales is basically being able to sell yourself. Now perhaps in your homeland you were a very effective salesperson. But somehow its not working in the UK? Why not? What is the barrier(s) that you has to be overcome in order for your colleagues and clients to accept you? I can't answer these questions for you but these may give you some guidelines on what is required. Good luck.
