I used to live in Jonesboro a few years ago for about 5 years. The only way that your going to find a home to rent to own is to start looking in the paper The Jonesboro Sun and even then I don't know how much luck you will have. Jonesboro is a college town and you didn't say how old you were and or why you were moving there to begin with. So if it's for college I will tell you that most of the apartments near the campus or like the projects in most other towns. There is quite a meth problem in the city, county and all the counties around it. The nicer, safer areas of the town you will not be able to find an house or an apartment for the amount you are able to pay. I hate to be the bearer of bad news and because I'm here in AR than I'm going to do a little research and looking around for you. So if you could tell me a few things...when your moving, your purpose for moving, what kind of place your looking, basically anything you think that will help me search around for you.
