how to dissolve LLC corporation?
I have an llc corporation with a partner I want to dissolve this corporation but i dont know how to do it , can anybody tellme how or wich letter to use? thanks!!

file articles of dissolution with the secretary of state tht you are registered with. the form is always on the div of corporations website for that state.
