three major credit bureaus
Question
Secured Credit Card which has: 1. No Annual fee; 2. No Application Fee; 3. No Setup Fee; 4.No CashAdvance Fee
And; 5. it HAS to report to ALL THREE MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS. Anyone know of a good CC which meets ALL 5 of those criteria? Serious replies only, PLEASE. (please do NOT suggest Capitol, Orchard, or HSBC - they all have annual fees) Thanks very much!

Discover. No fees, no application fee, no 'setup' fee, no cash advance fee. Not sure if it reports to all 3 bureaus. You can call and ask though or go to their website.

If you need a secured credit card, I assume that your credit is bad. You won't get any fee-free cards. Even if you have great credit you won't find a card with free cash advances.
