it is not possible to search for a person using their phone number. There are two ways you can attempt to find out who owns the number: 1) Call the number 2) Look through every page of the white pages until you find it! I know which one I would prefer to do! In regards to your question about telemarketers, I would be suprised if they had an open number. I would think that they would all use private numbers specifically so you can't call them back!
