you are a foreigner wanting to open a call center company in phils right? phils has the DTI (dept of trade and industries) for regulating busneses it has PEZA (phils. Economic zone authority), its the body that acredits specific locations in the country that is for BPO companies and you can avail of incentives like tax cuts and etc... you can check these sites for further details.... www ... www ... hope i made some help
