When you complete the order process, you'll be taken to a page that explains your next steps. From
that page, you should choose to enter the Manage My Services console. Feel free to explore and get comfortable with
this area -- it's your central headquarters for managing every aspect of your web operation.
Comprehensive business management
The Manage My Services page gives you immediate access to all the tools and services you need
to build, manage, and market your business, and monitor its success. You can always reach this page by going to
http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com and selecting the Manage My Services button in the upper right corner of the
page.
Your Manage My Services page has links to four other control panels:
- Web Hosting Control Panel displays your hosted disk space and includes a wide range of
tools to design and build a web site. This is also where you manage all of the files associated with your web site.
- Store Control Panel is where you manage the selling process and store operations. You can
organize your product catalog, settle orders, run special marketing programs, monitor your store performance, and more.
- Business Mail Control Panel provides an environment to create and modify the email
accounts that come with your Yahoo! Merchant Solutions package. You can also add more accounts and storage here.
- Domains Control Panel gives you access to the business-branded domain name you chose
when you signed up with Yahoo!.
Over time, you'll use all four of your control panels to build, manage, and market your online
store. You can easily navigate between your control panels using the tabs located near the top of the screen.
