    magnifying distorts my web pages?

    I built my site (e-book) with Yahoo! Sitebuilder (smartwayservices.com). Each page has 2 photos at the top, then text in the body often wrapped around icons or cartoon characters. All 143 pages published with no problem. However if I try to magnify the pages on my screen, the text and graphics become distorted, overlapping each other. How do I lock the photos and text so if the customer wants to magnify the pages, they won't become distorted?

    Using your browsers zoom feature, or the windows magnifying glass does not improve the resolution of your website, it simply magnifies what is already there, which may cause distortion.

    You may be able to control the look and feel of your site when magnified by custom coding your site using CSS. A great resource for learning CSS coding can be found at w3schools.com

    I have had a website on yahoo site builder. I am using yahoo hosting and domain. The website is jcontractor.com/. Recently I've created a blog on a sub folder jcontractor.com/sample. I selected 'make blog my homepage' but it only show WordPress home on the main root directory that means I see my blog home page on jcontractor.com but if I click another page such as 'about us' it goes to jcontractor.com/sample/about-us. And my previous website which was on yahoo site builder are located here jcontractor.com/homepage. I don't know why? Can anyone give me a solution?

    Have I been hacked or is Yahoo changing things again.?

    About 1 hour ago I was able to access two Yahoo accounts from the same log-in; simply switching from one account to the other by the Icon near the top right of the screen. However, the choice is no longer there. And the Icon showing where a photo or similar could go now reads "Leo Avatar" whereas previously I believe it read my name.

It was recently brought to my attention that my former website is viewable once again, but now it has been hacked to promote viagra pills, etc. Since this was my former classroom website, you can imagine how absolutely inappropriate this is.     My client has purchased a web hosting domain from Yahoo. I don't want to use Yahoo's site solution or other tools to build the web pages. I want to create my own HTML pages and link them to my yahoo domain. Could you please tell me how do I do this? i tried to do find something in help section. But didn't get anything regarding this. There must be a place where i can place my pages (using some file uploading manager) and add a base page to domain.

    I copied all my sitebuilder folders to a new machine. I can edit but not publish. What should I do?

    I see files such as install.jar, sitebuilder.jar, sitebuilder.pack.gz, etc. and have been using ysitebuilder.bat to fire up the sitebuilder program (since I don't have a desktop icon on the new computer).     What is the default "yroot" mysql password?
    Even if its the hash lol, just need to reset it so I can FINALLY upgrade to mysql 5..

    Reason I changed it you ask?
    I needed the super user permissions a very long time ago and just never changed it back.. unfortunately that's also how Yahoo's system connects to check and perform upgrades to the database.. oops lol :)
    For Yahoo Web Hosting, that's the reason for asking here lol.. thank you for your answer but it doesn't help me at all.. :)
    Ahh ok.. dang those randomly generated passwords lol.. was hoping it'd be easy.. but oh well, e-mailed a support request hopefully it won't take a week to resolve lol..

    Why does my site look different when accessed via Google?

    Hello,

    I've been working on a site for a friend, and I've been using Yahoo! Site Builder. When I go directly to the site through the address bar, it shows up all updated as I'd like it to.

    But, when I click on the link to the website from a Google search, it displays and older version of the site. I was wondering how this problem could be solved?

    How do I add a Contact Us page and other info pages to my Yahoo Merchant website?

    I am so frustrated, so I'm coming to Yahoo answers because you guys are the only ones who seem to give clear advice right when you need it. I have searched, googled, run through the Yahoo merchant services site to get answers to no avail.

    Initially, I had a regular Yahoo website for my business (event planning and sweets gifts/catering). Everything was perfect. I had plenty of pages to display all of my services, products, and upcoming promotions, events etc. There were forms people could fill out to contact me, it was great. Only problem was, people couldn't shop with a shopping cart on my site. So, of course, I switched to the Yahoo Merchant Solutions!

    Well, as soon as I upgraded, my website was WIPED. I had to start all over again and try to remember all of my wording, re-upload all my pictures, etc.. OK so once I got over that shock, I just bit the bullet and did it. Now I'm coming across a problem. This is a store.. how can I create the other pages I had on my other page? On my other page, I had tabs for custom candy buffets that I do (not something you just buy online), Breast Cancer awareness promotions, About Us page, and most important, the Contact Us page! I don't see how to create these pages because every page they want me to create seems to be a product/purchase page. I resorted to typing it in the paragraphs on the front page but there has GOT to be a better solution!

    So my question is, is there a way to create these additional pages, and also, is there a way to create a contact form for customers to contact me? If so, where can I find it? Not to mention, my contact info is not even on my front page, so right now it just appears very non-user friendly. I've been dealing with this for a week or so now, trying to figure it out on my own and have probably lost quite a few potential customers behind it. And I can't even get people to the FB page because there's no way to put the icon on my front page! So I'm coming you guys to see if you can break it down for me. Thanks in advance!

    But now I cant use SQL command GRANT because version of SQL on the server and on the client side are not same.
    This is message on the phpMy Admin:
