How can i change ownership of my yahoo store, including the billing?
I sold my website and i added the new owner as an admin so she can get in there and learn the store. but how do i officially change ownership of it and esp. the billing since it's attached to my wallet? i need it to be her wallet and her CC that gets billed.

In my yahoo store editor, there is a category missing from the sidebar page navigation. how do i get it back?
the category is still in inventory and you can still browse to the page if you type the whole thing into the address bar, it's still there, but i don't know how to get the category to show back up in the side navigation!

I haven't been able to find anyplace that lists out that nav that's on the left side!Best Answer: Hello Stephanie, sorry to hear you are having issues getting the section of your choice on your left navigation bar. To start, you are correct, the section for "Ballies & Bands" is located at:

Looking at the URL, I can see the item ID for your section is: ballies-and-bands
That being said, now you will want to take the item ID for that section and place it in the "Contents" of your home page. To do this you will need to be looking at the home page in Store Editor, then click the "edit" button. From there you will see a text area called "Contents" where it will list the item ID's of the existing sections you have on your left navigation. You will notice that these item ID's are going to be separated by a space and so if you want to place the "Ballies & Bands" section on this list, you can either place the specific item ID at the bottom of the list separated by a space before it or you can place it anywhere within the list as long as you follow the space separation rule. The result after update will be the title of that section will appear in it's respective place on your left navigation bar.

How do I get UPS to require a signature and give me a tracking number for an ebay item?
I just sold an item, and the buyer says he wants a tracking number from UPS. I also want UPS to require a signature once my package gets there, that way he doesn't attempt to file for reimbursement from paypal. What's the name of the shipping service?

in yahoo store, why isn't there a way to make items out of stock either disappear OR....?
Or....have a big "OUT OF STOCK" appear on the main product page so that customers are not continually clicking from the main page into the item detail page only to see it is out of stock. Ideally the items out of stock could disappear from the site till the inventory count is put back up, but failing that, a big OUT OF STOCK appearing on the main page would really help customer service. why isn't this already possible?

anyone from yahoo store, can't you make it so that you can make an item unorderable more easy?
you have to go into the "ITEMS" tab in yahoo store to make it unorderable which is a separate place from setting the inventory to zero. this is VERY cumbersome. Why can't those two things be in the same place such as can't you put the "orderable?" drop down menu on the SAME page as the inventory editing page? Better yet can't you just make an option for your items to be marked OUT OF STOCK under the price whenever the inventory drops to zero? my customers have to click on the thumbnail and go to the item's page to find out its out of stock which is kind of a bummer.

Why can't I open for Business!!!! Yahoo store owners please help.?
I've finished all of the tasks needed to open my yahoo store for business, I even placed a test order. At the bottom it says, "All steps completed you're ready to open for business." When I click on the open for business button all seems fine. Everything seems to be loading, but then it diverts me to the store manager where it says my store is not yet open for business and that I need to go to the store control panel and click the open for business button WTF?! I've tried contacting Yahoo customer service several times but apperantly they've fallen off of the face of the Earth. I'm starting to wonder if Yahoo was the way to go or not. I recently opened an online store with Yahoo! Merchant Solutions, I'm new at this so bear with me. Is there an easier way to upload products into your catalog? I am wiped out. Problems with options for my yahoo store?
Hi Everyone,
I am having problems uploading options for my yahoo store. I have over 500 products that all have individual custom options from another retailer that I am reselling. The issue is, is that it's been one week of retyping them to fit the framwork of yahoo options and I feel like there is an easier way. I already downloaded the catalog manager and am changing it in excel but it's taking me forever. Is there is an easier way? Below I will put how the options were emailed to me and how yahoo wants them uploaded:
