I cancelled my smallbusiness account with yahoo after my domain got renewed with them. But I reactivated it?

again. I was charged @1.99 for the only domain I renewed ($34.95) with them. The terms and conditions states I will be refunded that charged amount ($1.99). That however, didn't happen so far after about 10 days later. When that amount be refunded?

Best Answer: From the situation you have described, the charge for $1.99 for reactivation of a domain account would not be refunded to you.

In this situation, you stated you closed a Yahoo! Domains account after you were charged the renewal fee of $34.95. The charge of 34.95 is for the renewal of the registration of the domain to you for one year.

When you reactivated services for $1.99, this was reactivating the services and access to your account as well as renewing the domain an additional year. Since domain name registration cannot be reversed, any Yahoo! Domain charge is non-refundable.

I transferred my domain to Weebly over a year ago. How do I find it?

It has been impossible to contact Yahoo help. That is one reason I moved my site. Very poor customer service. I have no idea why my site is not up. When I check with Weebly, they indicate that the problem is with Yahoo. Please somebody give me some help? I need my site restored.

Can not access my domain to change name server details?

I bought domain through Yahoo Small Business in 2007 and got Yahoo! Domains setup for 5 years. After a while my Visa card expired, i had no use for my email account and i stopped payments to Yahoo, so my hosting was canceled.
Now i want to use my Domain Control Panel and redirect, or redelegate, my Yahoo! name servers to another provider, but i can not access my domain control panel. It seems that i need to pay again for hosting just to access domain control panel...?!
Please note that my IT knowledge is limited and i have little experience in dealing with web sites and hosting etc.
Also Yahoo is reseller for Melbourne IT so i tried to get answers from both companies, but no success...

My VISA card ran out and my Website domain is up for renewal.
I am in mainland China, where a foreigner cannot get a credit card without purchasing a permanent residence in mainland China.
The only solution, then, is to send them an international money order.
But every time I try to send them a message or find out their address,
I only succeed in playing ring around the rosey.

Error: "You do not have permission to access this location." and can't access FTP?

All of a sudden I can't access anything on my site. When I visit the website address, I get the error: Sorry! You do not have permission to access this location." and when I try to access my FTP, I cannot do anything with the files.

Why did Yahoo!Smallbusiness delete my account and domain?

A few days ago I bought a domain on Yahoo!Smallbusiness using BESTDEAL coupon code. At first everything went fine and I made a few articles on my blog. But, 2 days later I couldn't access my blog and I was shocked when I logging in to my smallbusiness account and it showed a message says,

"Sorry, there are no Yahoo! Small Business services associated with the Yahoo! ID ******* (my ID)"

I tried to contact the at smallbusiness.yahoo.com/contactus/ but I counldn't because it shows a message

"Sorry!
We offer phone and email support only to Small Business customers, and our records don't show any Small Business products associated with your Yahoo! ID."

What happened with my account and domain? One thing that makes me disappointed is that even though my account and domain was deleted , but I did not get my money back. And my payment status on my PayPal account still "Pending" till now..

How do I get my domain name back?

I paid for a domain name a few years back, but failed to renew it and closed the account later. Now I'm wishing I'd kept it and want to see if I can get it back. Name server IP update takes up 72 Yahoo is really?

I have been facing a troubleshooting about my nameserver's IP which I have nothing to do by myself for 10 days.

I have moved my site to a new hosting plan from current one. And my hosting provider, com.tr, gave me new IPs and told me that nameserver's IPs need to be updated.

Therefore, I sent an email to You/Yahoo ten/10 days ago (Fri, March 18, 2011 9:46:48 AM), and I got an answer 2 days later (Sun, March 20, 2011 8:22:34 AM). Case number for that email is KKM26951586V97395L0KM

After that email, I waited at least 80 hours for update, but nothing happened. Then I searched on Yahoo for tech support phone number, and I got one. I called Yahoo (international calling from Turkey means an extra fee ) Thu, March 24, 10:19AM
I explained the issue I have to Tech, she cared about it, then said that your IPs were updated and told me wait 72 hours. She also gave me case number for that calling Phone support Case Number 11614378

During process, I had to pay extra DEDICATED SERVER FEE as I am still using my old IPs.
I mean,
calling Yahoo $
server fee for delay $

These are not my mistake, my mistake is just waiting /hang on.

Now, I can not reach support tech via on phone, I am writing to you,
Hope to get an answer, but I don't think so.

I have been using Yahoo since 2000 and I have been using Small Business as a customer Since 2006.
I see what, if you face a trouble, publish it on public.

Why do I get this error when trying to manage my domain name?

I have the identical issue to the one posted previously, quoted below. The answers to this prior post were not relevant. I have been going around in circles. I can sign in to everything else on Yahoo, but they say my ID is not linked to the domain name. WHOIS says the domain name is at Yahoo. There doesn't seem to be any way to get help on this. I need to update the forwarding on the domain name and I can't get to the Domain Name Control Panel the help files direct me to.

Can some one help me with questions about my domain, yahoo e-mail and website?

I'm going through wix.com currently. It allowed me to try it before purchasing an actual website. I liked it so I bought it, well I needed a domain name so I purchased one through yahoo and yahoo wanted me to set up an e-mail account. I verified it and it still isn't working. It just keeps saying that my yahoo id and password is wrong and than when I try to have them re-send my info to my alternate e-mail account it says it doesnt exist. So here I am I purchased a domain name and a website and I have no idea how to link my domain name to my website. I'm really frusterated. I tried contacting yahoo and I can't find a number or anything anywhere. If any of this makes sense or if you can tell what I did wrong from what I have described, can you help me or point me in the right direction? I didn't pay a whole lot but it's a lot to me and I can't help but sit here and tear up. I thought I did everything right and nothing is working. please help. Thank you.

This yahoo is my old e-mail address. can I link my domain info and everything to this one? if so how? I can't access any information on m account unless I sign in................well I can't dot that if it wont let me. thanks for the help

Yahoo still charges me for a domain i transferred 4 years ago , how to contact them?

I purchased a domain name back in 2002, and after 4 years i transferred to a UK registrar. However i recently noticed Yahoo are still charging me all these years later! I spent all evening trying to find a contact email or their phone number to sort this asap, but no luck. Does anyone know how to inform Yahoo about this problem?

This package was part of Yahoo small business, now when i try to log in yahoo small business i get a message they don't have my user ID registered!? But they take my money!

How many domains will Yahoo allow you to register for $1.99?

I know that Yahoo lets you register domains for the ridiculously low price of $1.99 for the first year then jacks the price to 30 something the next year...but I was wondering if they allowed you to register more than 1 with the same ID? I was thinking of registering 10 or 12 domains and the $1.99 price would save a lot of money. Apparently you can't contact customer support until you are an actual paying customer. As long as the domain comes with total DNS control that is all I need.

I only want the $1.99 (if not then $3 $4 $5) a year or 1st year domain registration. I might host from another site. Why is Yahoo Domain's CNAME Record not working?

Last year I bought Yahoo Domain Service for exampledomain.com. This year I bought Yahoo Web Hosting for exampleweb.com.
I created a subdomain as information.exampletweb.com and then added a CNAME Record in exampledomain.com with

Then (even after 72 hours), this CNAME Record is still not working. When I try to go information.exampledomain.com, it is supposed to go to information.exampleweb.com, but it is giving just error message.
