I have an idea for a slogan on a t shirt, trademark or patent?
The slogan is two words and I want it to be known as mine. I will read Brooklyn __________. I want to put it in hats, t shirts and sweats. Would I need a trademark or patent. I know what they both are, but I don't know if either would protect me or if the slogan can either be protected.

In wordpress I usually name the page the same title as I put on the H1 tag..
I just think it looks right to the user to see the title at the top of the page.

What is the best free service to export backlink data of your site to a CSV file to find out the anchor text ratio?
I added my sites ( imleaks.net ) to Bing Webmaster Tools and exported the inbound links data to a CSV file, but it doesn't seem to show many links. For instance, for one site it shows just 19 backlinks in the spreadsheet, but when I check that site on opensiteexplorer.org it shows 90 backlinks. Google first page, in less than a week?
I did a little keyword research and found a keyword with over 1,500 exact searches a month with low competition. I then lucked out and got an exact domain match (.org)
All I did was throw up a blank wordpress theme. I haven't had time to start any kind of work on it. Literally, there's nothing on there except titles like "test title" and "test post."
A week later, I used another computer I've never been on, googled my keyword and and #10 on the first page!
How did that happen? Isn't google all about site content? My site has no content.
Anyway, I'm too busy to build it, so as soon as I saw that I hired a programmer to do it all for me. Should be up and operational by the end of this week. Does the repetitiveness of some commercials make you less likely to be a fan of the product?
Tampax Radiant has a commercial out now where they play this very annoying song the entire commercial. I'm sick of it! Also, I know some people get tired of seeing the new JCP commercials. (They wouldn't be so bad if there was variation, and you weren't seeing the same ones over & over again!)
I get that producers want you to see their commercials and or remember them, but I believe that theres a difference between showing a genuinely unique commercial (that would stick with me and i'd probably share with others) and showing something that really isn't interesting at all, but has a catchy song (or an annoying song) so that you'll remember it. So I feel like I've got a pretty good handle on this piece of software now after playing with it a bit.
What I'm not familiar with is generally best practices for using some of its diverse and powerful link building ability.
So far I've stayed pretty basic with it, just building web 2.0s with bookmarking pointing to them.
But I was planning on adding in other microblogs and RSSs to the web 2.0s.
There are a couple other types of links including Wiki and Link directories that I'm not quite sure how to incorporate.
Does anyone have any advice? I might be going a little too far just sending Rss, Bookmark and Microblog links to my 2.0s

A good free way to advertise?
I'm good at making computers and i want to make custom pcs for people. i mean like the hardware. basically the only extra cost to it other than building it your self is p&p and labour and thats it. So how can i advertise this? I've tryed locally but people i have asked don't want to have one made (there not needing or wanting a pc). I volunteer for a couple of groups that send out emails. One is a community garden, the other is a group of citizens with similar political leanings. Both of them send out emails weekly or bi-weekly.
