Does anyone use ebay.com?
hi, I'm trying to find a smart phone because I currently have a dumb phone. I was told someone that ebay.com has good bargains. I haven't purchased anything in the past. Somebody might think that I'm entitled by my current phone. (: That website looked pretty odd to me. Cos every item they're selling has bids. How do they work? Can anyone please give some advise on how to use this website and make a good deal out of it? many thanks
Best Answer: I love ebay. I use Ebay all the time whether I am Buying or Selling. You have to set up an account with Paypal first (which is EBay's Bank) with a Credit Card or linked to your Checking Account/Savings Account. So you must have a Bank Account or Credit Card to use.
Click on Buying on Top & it will walk you through it
You can find really Good deals, but make sure the Seller has 99%-100% Feedback. Read their Seller Feedback. Click under Seller Feedback to read what Buyers have said about them. Make sure they are truly Reputable & Legit & make sure they are in the USA.
Sellers give different options to Bid or Buy it Now on different Items. Depending on what they choose.
Search for the Phone you like, than Change search to Price & Shipping Lowest first. This way you can find the best deal. But this way, you will most likely have to watch & wait & Bid. The Higher Bidder Wins.
Before Bidding, Make sure to Read all Information/Description before Bidding. Once you Bid & You win the Bid, you can Not Retract or Back out of the Bid. If you Win you must Pay for the Item.

I've just been offered a contract from Tate Publishing LLC to publish my book. I am over the moon with excitement! However, they are asking for $4000 to do so. The money seems like a collateral, with them holding it for you until you have proven your value, whereas they promise to return the money upon the sale of the 1000th copy of your work. Should I back out of this job request?
I've been trying to save up for the textbooks I need next semester. At the moment one of the side/odd jobs I do is making advertisements. I was asked to do a certain ad for an apartment complex and went along and did it. I asked opinions first on how it looked before sending it and I was told it was good. When I submitted it, they were really happy with it but then a few days later they told me I had to add some more text in the and also wanted to change the color of the font used. I told them that with the size they chose, the extra text would make it crowded and that the color red would make it look less appealing. Do you think my invention will be successful :D?
It will be called "clip in da hood" and it is called that for 2 reasons. One, it is literally, a clip in the hood. And two, a clip in the "hood". Now i have noticed that thugs and people living in the "hood" always wear hoods. But they wear them on the back of their head to look "swag" or whatever. Often i have wondered how it stays in place that far back on the head. I have seen numerous times, the hood falls and they doesn't stay in place. CLIP IN DA HOOD TO THE RESCUE!!!!
My invention will be inside the hood, will be a clip attached (note: it won't really be a CLIP but more of a small COMB). They pull the hood slightly over the head, as they normally would. Now because they have nappy hair, the small comb easily grips the hair and stays in place. Meaning they can do their everyday stuff and not worry about repositioning the hood if it falls down.
