What can i make and sell for a profit?

Im 17 years old.what can i make at home and sell to make profit.i like working with my hands but dont know what to do lol help me out.i got 200 dollars to start with

Website Domain Purchasing Help?

So I recently bought a domain from crazydomains.com and they e-mailed me back saying they needed the credit card number again and photo ID (they said it was a random check for authorization) I told them I was a 14 year old girl and just using my fathers credit card. They e-mailed me back and said "I have escalated the process the domain will be registered shortly". Does that mean they changed their mind and are giving it to me?

Heavy Drop in Alexa Rank & Google PR Caused by 404 errors?

I am running a website for past 3 years. www.wwelivetv.com
At February 2013, my alexa rank was close to 145,000. But all of a sudden my rank dropped to 1,542,204 (May 2013).
My page rank dropped from 3 to 1.

Generally i used to get around 1.5k visits per day, but now it dropped to 700 visitors per day.
I don't know the actual reason behind the rank drop.
I am running a sport site so i update it regularly (at least 2 post per day)
I am using Wordpress. All In One SEO Plugin

I have installed a forum section (on feb 2013) using subdomain as forums.wwelivetv.com.
But I have used that for only 15 days and then removed it completely because many people begins to spam the forum section.

Then i got a message from google webmaster tools as,
""www.wwelivetv.com/: Increase in not found errors"

I think the 404 errors caused by the removal of forum section caused me this problem of alexa and page rank drop.

Where to sell stuff for good money?

How can I promote a donation so more people can donate to a friend of mine to help him get surgery?

I have a friend who is trying to get chest surgery. He has a donation account, but he only got $65 so far when he needs several thousand. How can I promote it so he could get more donations?

How is my son coming up with all this money?

He is 19 and he doesnt have a job. He has bought about four $3000+ computers in the past two months and He has also bought thousands of dollars worth of designer clothes.
