Have I been hacked or is Yahoo changing things again.?

About 1 hour ago I was able to access two Yahoo accounts from the same log-in; simply switching from one account to the other by the Icon near the top right of the screen. However, the choice is no longer there. And the Icon showing where a photo or similar could go now reads "Leo Avatar" whereas previously I believe it read my name.

What is going on here?
