zend optimizer with PHP?

Could I use zend optimizer in Yahoo Web Hosting?

From what we were able to find on Zend, in order to set up the optimizer you would need to have access to php.ini. At this point, Yahoo! Small Business does not allow the editing of php.ini or .htaccess.
