The speed will depend on which plan you get... how much space, how dynamic your website (flash), and how many customers. It also depends on the servers Yahoo has.. how they are maintained and how crowded they are...
Personally, I'd not host with them as I've heard some pretty bad stories about their website being slow.. and having a lot of downtime. Also it's pretty notorious that their support could use some improvement.
I'm hosted now with SiteServing and LOVE them .. no problems with downtime, very fast servers and awesome support.
