Is there a way my web developer can work on my yahoo business site without my email/account password?

I'm getting a new site made and to log onto my site threw yahoo business you have to use ur email and password. Its the exact way you long into your email. Is there away to make a separate password so he can't go threw my emails or another way this works where he can have full access of my site but not my emails?
