Domain expiration is 11/27/2011. I was charged for the renewal today. I want a refund since I am transferring?
I am in the Philippines so i cannot reach you by phone. I did not find the answer in the online help. I have a domain registered with you. What is your customer support email address?

If its a yahoo domain(didn't know they do that) then you need to write to their support, this is not it. Yahoo employees only check this area for violations to Community Guidelines, nothing else.
