Where do I "Accept Transfer" of domain name away from Yahoo to another registrar?

I'm on step three, which is to accept the transfer at the losing registrar (which is yahoo); however, I cannot find any action available in my domain control panel. Does anyone know where in my domain control panel I go to 'accept' a domain transfer away from yahoo? Thanks

You don't need to use the Domain Control Panel to accept the outbound transfer. Please check the administrative email address as listed in your WHOIS record -- who.is/whois/<domain name>/ -- and respond to the email from Melbourne IT to authorize the transfer.
