Look up the equipment you'll need. You buy it. Get a company name. Company cards. Flyers. Craigslist. Get your name out there for clients. Then once it's more official you can get a van like those white vans like Comcast (lol that's an example). Then put your logo and number on there so that'll be more promotion than you can put your cleaning equipment. You can either get a license for this or work as a freelancer. Then once you get a house. You drive around in your truck making more promotion.
Accounting is almost irrelevant, they pay you as much as you agree on. If you follow through on my plan it'll be like $3500 including the van and cleaning equipment.

Accounting isn't near as important as acquiring clients. Keeping books can be done on Excel or once you're up and running you can get something like quickbooks but it's not really necessary for such a simple business.
