What's a good way of getting a small business sub contract with Walmart?
I'm trying to get the right to pick up shopping carts that are left in the neighborhood by a walmart store.

Ryan is right and maybe wrong at the same time. Actually shopping cart theft costs retailers a lot of money every year. Talk to the store manager. Of course, you've thought about HOW you're going to get them back to the store, right? Walking?

And why would they pay you to do this? Why would they pay you anything even CLOSE to the amount that it would cost to simply replace the cart. You have to think in terms of economies of scale. The large corporation of WalMart isn't going to subcontract with small potatoes like you to do a simple task for one store that has absolute minimal,if any, effect to their ultimate bottom line.
