Small business: What type of franchise would fit for me with these (details inside)?

I've been working in the retail industry for 5 years but I want something different. I want to
focus on Highschool students as my customers. I want a franchise like a gym but at the same time have a PPV party for people to hang-out or a kickboxing class. My retired mother is
good in business so she can manage it first. Also, a franchise where I can live on my own.
