Do you think starting a hair salon business a good idea?
My sister want to do it and I think it seems useless. Do you think hair salon even get alot of money and business from people?

You have to see if there is an opportunity for it in the area you live. If there are 6 salons within a couple of blocks you may need to find another location. Tell her to find a local SBA or SCORE office. They provide free help and mentor ship for her business to successfully start.

Yes. My mom works at one. My aunt rents the building and the beauticians rent the chairs. Get it? So my aunt makes enough to pay the rent from that, and sells product and has tanning beds etc to bring in more money. While the hairstylist take home everything they make after their chair rent is met. Every woman likes to go to the salon. And then word travels and the business grows. Once s month, my aunt has a masseuse in. Equals more money.
