How to get started in Babysitting?

Well im broke :( I want to iphone 5 but I know my mom wont buy it for me so I have to work. Im 14.
The best way to do babysitting??? Should I make Flyers and hand them out. Also I want to be safe.
I need some serious help.

Post Flyers but only do it close to your neighborhood. Otherwise of you see a family with kids ask if they need a babysitter.
