Any tips or advice on starting an Ebay Trading Assistant business?

I am currently starting it up. I am just looking for any advice someone with more experience might have for just getting started. I am going to try and build this business up to become a full time income as it is very possible I will be losing my job in the near future.

When you're ready to become a TA, you'll be a PS/TRS and people will be asking you to sell their stuff all the time.

People ask me to sell their stuff and I decline because it's not worth my time to split the profits.
