The newspaper which may also show up on the town/city's website, and also craigslist.
Also, if you could find forums that cater to the local area you could then post in there.

Facebook, Craigslist, make some flyers and ask local shops if you can leave them in there.

In your local newspaper or on your local radio station. I have had good luck with both.
