Where do I get the money for rent of a building, office supplies, marketing, and etc?

Pretty much unless you have the money to do it yourself, you won't ever have the money to do it.
Grants to start a business do not exist. A loan will require collateral, down-payment, and good credit. Anyone who tries to tell you differently is just talking out of their butt, or trying to scam you. There's a reason why we all don't own businesses, because money ain't easy to get.
