How should I handle this repeat customer?

This guy always comes into the strip club and always asks for a private dance. I sometimes handle this guy. Every-time I get to the dance, he just acts inappropriately he grabs my boob or sometimes he'll leave his wallet in the booth. I'll say , "Somebody get this guy to get his wallet before he leaves"
It's like this cat is one of those forgetful types. He forgets his wallet in the booth on average of 5 times a week

Would the management not know how to deal with people like that. Surely they get them all the time.
