How to Develope an iPhone App for my Business?

Hi there, First off I have been thinking of this for ages now and I what I would like to do is put it into action, I work at an Autralian Company call PC Case Gear, PCCG for Short.

It is an Australian only business located in VIC, Melbourne

What my goal is, Is to make something similar to Ebay/DealsExtreme App for PCCG.

My question is what would I need to do and pay to have this app created and placed on the app store as a free app?

I'd suggest getting an app designer for that, have him handle the big stuff and you take care of the small stuff
