Question

Ways to make money online?

I'm 17, graduating this year, and for the mean time I want to make some money online. Two days ago my iPhone was stolen, I'm still pissed, and my parents can really afford another one, we were lucky to get the iPhone5 for $150 with a few deals and negotiations. So I don't want to ask my parents for another one, but I want to work and make money to buy a new one, I know it will be a lot. Ore expensive, but I'm determind. And not just for the phone, but I want to earn my own spending mo eh, even though I get money from my parents. I don't want to get an outside job because I have to deal with school, piano classes, theater training classes, and vocal training in my free time, so working off my laptop will be better. Can anyone suggest some good sites? I can do things from writing to graphic designing or whatever. I'm pretty computer crazy.
Just because you have no luck with it doesn't me I won't -_- I'm not stupid enough to believe that all the sites are legit. I have friends who do online work and get money, but what they do, I'm not interested in. My friend makes graphic designs for products online, she's younger than me.

I would highly suggest doing some sort of affiliate marketing. I'm a writer myself and there's definitely money online if you can produce well-written content that adds value.

Off of your writing, you could begin blogging and make anywhere from $500-$1000 a month quite easily. That could then be transformed into a full-time income if you wanted to continue working online and take your game to a whole new level.

There's a slew of ways to earn money online, but you have a major advantage being a writer. A lot of people have to hire writers. Sure, you could make money being a writer for other people, but it's boring, a lot of work and you get paid peanuts for your talents. Think about it, if someone is willing to pay you for your writing, they're making money off of it somehow.

I've been in this boat, as I'm a writer, as well. Trust me, you have a big advantage, you just have to know how to utilize your talents.

Here's the truth.

'making money online' is just a VERY pervasive modern urban MYTH, targeted at ~ and perpetuated by ~ young people like yourself.

It's really ALL SCAMS.

OK, a few of the survey sites pay. But they only pay like 20 cents a day for HOURS of effort. You don't have hours of spare time. And what good is $1 a week going to do anyway? And you would be lucky if you even got paid. Many times these 'make money online survey sites' *delete your account* right when you reach their 'minimum payout level', which is usually $20.

At any rate, you do have marketable skills with the graphic designing, mainly. Problem is that there are about a million other people with that skill. More supply than demand. No one is going to hire an anonymous 17-year-old to do their graphic design. Who really needs a 17-year-old writer, either? (No offense, but that market is flooded as well.)

But hey, if you want to waste your time and/or believe in links whoever else posts, that's fine by me.

If making money online was real, wouldn't EVERYONE do it to make some extra money in their spare time?

You don't see that happening, do you?

Case dismissed. ;)
