I sold and item on ebay but never got the money or the shipping information?
Today I sold an item on ebay and never got an email with the buyer's shipping information. I want to start shipping tomorrow but i don't know where to send it to. My paypal account also has not received any money for the purchase. Also maybe this matters or maybe not but my paypal is wired directly from my checking account so it always has $0 in it, the money is taken right from the bank. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

If you have not received the money, then do not ship. Check your ebay selling history and see if the dollar sign is highlighted in blue. If it is, then you received the payment. If not, buyer has not paid yet.
