Does ebay refund your fees for extra pictures if the buyer and I cancelled the transaction?

No...They dont return any fee except for the cut fee.

The listing fee (which includes the picture fee) doesnt ever get returned to you
The final cut fee (which is a % of the amount the item sold for) gets returned if the sale gets cancelled.
