How do I get a PO Box if im 21 and dont have my own place?

I have a valid photo Id but i dont have any acceptable form of non photo ID. they said i could get a notarized letter saying i live with my mom but she wont do it. What to do?

Get the non photo ID they need even if it takes some time.

Go to the post office and get one. You can get a small box for a fairly cheap price. I think you pay for the whole year. Maybe like 30 bucks.
