Friends i need your suggestion. Which one is good from the list.?

Im naming my construction company and i have 4 names in my mind.

1. Megatek Infrastructure
2. Megatek Construction
3. Excon Infrastructure
4. Excon Construction

Which one is more effective and good in your opinion.

1 or 2, 3 and 4 sound too much like Exon, or seem like it could be an abbreviation for ex-constructor, as for infrastructure or construction, it would seem like that would depend on your target audience - construction sounds more obvious and communicates more simply as to what your company does to the common man, infrastructure sounds "fancier" for lack of a better word
