Sears posted my schedule online?

I just finished up my week working 6 days and 43 hours. That's the good thing but then I check my schedule for Sunday-Saturday of this week and they gave me 3 days off and only 16.5 hours.. I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. What i was wondering is why I have so less hours after working more than 40 this week?

Do you think that Sears might have an appropriate answer for you, rather than readers here?
