Should I use sole proprietorship or LLC to start a cleaning business?

I will be working alone and what is the downside to proprietorship? In LLC, can I put my car, apartment and etc in my business name? Can I write everything off for the sole proprietorship?

Sole proprietor....... no u do not need to be an LLC to write-off everything. get ur d.b.a in your state, and license and business insurance if required. Start saving all reciepts, clothes, school uniforms, work uniforms, fuel, supplies, tools, vehicle maintanence, all receipts. u definitely can use ur car but not sure about ur house
