dears.. go to your local city hall or court house and ask for more information! you gotta go through hell in order to open business in the city..... least the space IF it's available then the rent, property tax... excise and all that crapola you gotta put yourself through..
then once you're situated you'll never heard the end of it via the city government.. they'll always be nipping at your heels.

you talk to a lawyer also and have one to help guide you through the process.. this will make the journey a more smooth, viable and they'll come in real handy when you need them just in case because having your own shop/store/business is a nightmare without legal council and representation!
