What work experience in Business would you suggest for a 17 year old boy?

I'm still unsure on whether or not I want to get into Business, Journalism or maybe even something else, so I want to have work experience in different fields so that I can finally understand. What do you suggest in a Business career? Or maybe one for Journalism too?

work for a newspaper or magazine as a reporter AND in the biz office; if they permit only one or the other
