What would be a good business to open up in Mongolia?

I am doing a SWOT analysis essay on what would be a good business to open up in Mongolia and what items i would need & what problems that would encounter in Mongolia... I need some good ideas..HELP !(:

Mongolia is still new to the modern world we got out of Communism 20 years ago. so if you could open a business i would recommend you something that would lead mongolia to modern world and modern society.
