Can I resale stuff I have purchased at my business ?

I own a high end clothing store for women but I purchased a birkin about a month ago and I don't want it anymore I haven't even worn it do you think I can sell it at my store I know it would sell it a matter of seconds but is that illegal or no ?

in tort law, the answer is simple; one may sell anything, to anyone as long as no law is being violated.
if you bought a birkin [?] and want to re-sell it, the rule is --presuming it is used--
you must label all previously sold goods as used. PERIOD.

you of course may sell it.
