Do I have to register as a business to sell guppies?

My friend and I both keep guppies. Our guppies have had babies and we want to start selling them and getting a little extra money. Do u know if we would have to register to do that? And what if we had a website and stuff, would that make a difference? We are just planning at this stage so don't worry we're not rushing into it

Unless you are really going to make a HUGE business out of it, then it's not really necessary.
