Question

I have a very small biz, I am trying to build it, and am thinking about making it an LLC?

It barely generates much income, but I am working on marketing it
would it be advisable to make it an LLC
I am also on SSDI and allowed to make only $1k a month, how would this affect my ssdi
I plan on keeping it under $1k income monthly guidelines
any tips would be appreciated

an LLC just means it's an LLC (limited liability corporation). It changes the tax status. If you are earning $12000, it probably makes sense to keep it a sole proprietorship.
