How can I ask my mom if I can start a babysitting job?

I asked my mom if i can babysit she said, "You know you have to think of games to play with the kids, and you have interact with the kids." And I told her I know. Then I ask her again, she doesn't say anything.

I am only 14 1/2 years old!

PS: in my neighborhood we have a lot of kids that i know :) But some I know from elementary school, and some are friends cousins.

Be direct and offer to pay for something with your wages.
