If I get shipped a package from China To Cananda will it make it within 26 buisness days?

If I need the package by about September 6th and its sent out about August 2nd. Are the odds in my favor of recieving my package? I ordered a bag, if that helps at all. And she said it usually comes within 15 buisness days but sometimes it could take up to 30. Thanks for your help :)
I bought the bag off of Ebay and its not a designer bag. Its just a simple backpack that i am buying for my school year this year. She said they usually come within 15 Business days, and that is the usual rate. But sometimes it takes up to 30. She has very good feedback, alot of people say that the bags come in quickly and they are awesome quality and she is a good seller. So I have faith. I was just wondering if you would think i should have it by my school day if that is in 26 buissness days and she said the most is usually 30.

so what's the method to deliver your bag?The airmail and E-packet will take 15-25days as usual,and the DHL,FEDEX will be faster.so 26 days is enough!
