Can my friend and I open up one ebay store but live in different states?

My friend and I want to open up a boutique through ebay or (any other online store?). She will have the paypal account so it will be one paypal account. But the problem is that I moved and now I live in Puerto Rico and she lives in Miami. Whatever she sells, she will be in charge of shipping and whatever I sell i will ship.

Does ebay allow multiple shipping addresses from seller? Or how does that work what can we do

I don't see why not. An account is an account, and the item location can be changed on every different product. They allow drop shipping which isn't much different anyway.
Be careful with a partnership though. In my experience one partner always gets greedy, or one slacks off and lets the other do all the work while they collect the cash. You need to make a very clear contract with very different definitions of who gets paid what and why. Better yet, screw the partner thing and do it on your own. What do you need her for? Why complicate things. People who succeed in business don't let their friendships anywhere near it.
