Question

I just started a cleaning company and have advertised locally for free See Below>..?

I am already getting estimates and work. So soon. My goal is to be able to get to the point of 60-80 people, because they alternate weeks. I would then be interested in hiring 4-5 people, and I would then be able to manage and market my business and not be as hands on. I would do estimates as well.

My Question is.. if I get slammed with customers ringing off the hook, which is possibility where I live, how do I not reject all the business... while putting an ad in the paper and waiting to hire the people I need.

Can I stall them? Or be honest in saying I have an ad out or in the process of interviewing some people... can I keep your number to get back in touch when I get them hired?

Thanks

Tell them your services will not be available for x weeks; however, the wait will be worth it. Obviously expand it, but you get the point. What location will you be servicing?
