How should our partnership split profits?

My husband and I, along with my brother in law, are forming a partnership. My brother in law is contributing half of the start up capital and my husband and I are contributing the other half. We will all be doing equal amounts of work for the business. How should we split our profits? I know it's up to us, but I'm looking for other opinions. thanks!
