How do I start a website that sells my T-Shirt desgins, but not do any of the printing/shipping?

What I am hoping for is to create a website that will allow customers to select a shirt and order. The order will then be fufilled by a company that will print and ship it, and take a % from the total price to pay for their services. essentially i will be the storefront and designer.

Sounds like Zazzle or CafePress is the answer for you. You can also sign up for e-commerce or online marketing tips.
