Question

EBay wants reimbursement, I won't pay, what can they do?

I sold a knife on eBay
I shipped it the next day with tracking
Two days later it goes thru tons of sort facilities and then gets marked as delivered
The buyer says he never got it
He opened a case
THEN ESCALATED IT
Then HE won the case and got a full refund for 250$
The eBay wants me to reimburse them for the refund they issued
I WILL NOT GIVE THEM A CENT!!
But I wanted to know, what legal action can they take??
Thanks

That's great. Don't ever give them a cent.
The consequences are you can't ever use eBay or Paypal again.

if you have proof of postage you should have sent that to ebay, (which you should have from tracking), it is strange that he won the case.

normally the money goes straight out of your paypal account and back to the other person.

they can take you to court to get the money back and keep sending you letters demanding the money etc
