can you use well known logos?
i am making duct tape wallets and if i am not big skale just like a few a week local craft fairs will i get in trouble

I'd say that if you use a few of them, no big company, than you shouldn't have a problem. It's not like your neighbor is gonna report you or the girl who just got a my little pony wallet, if you know what I mean. :P

No you cannot use another company's logo without their permission (and paying a licensing fee). Will you get in trouble? Unlikely but not impossible. Still just because your chance of getting caught doing something you should not do is small does not mean you should do it anyway.
