Find some affiliate you could join.
You don't even need a web site for your own.

The first thing is to find something you believe in or can rave about. There are thousands (if not millions) of affiliations out there.

Usually, the way they work is:
---- you buy the product or program they are offering.
---- they send you an affiliate identifier
-------- the identifier sends people to a buying page, similar to the one that got you in
-------- you join paypal or clickbank or something similar so they can pay you directly.
-------- some US companies may require you to have a US IRS identifier, but that's relatively easy to get. Of course, affiliate programs out of the US don't usually need this information, and some will not require the information.
---- you tell people about your affiliate link (advertising, word of mouth, whatever; you might even have a web page or site of your own that directs them to your affiliate link).
---- they view the offering, and sometimes buy
------- the people pay for the product or to join the affiliate network
------- you get paid a portion of what it cost those people (usually about half, but it can vary from 10% to 90%)
