Question
How do I cancel a purchase on eBay?
I clicked the bottom buy it now, but I did not click buy it now. I don't want the item anymore can. How can I cancel it.
I ment to say I I have not paid.
Best Answer
If you've sold an item but can't go through with the sale, you can cancel the transaction in our Resolution Center and you may receive a final value fee credit.
Possible reasons for canceling the transaction are that the item is lost or broken, you made a mistake when listing the item, or you can't complete the sale.
Note: When you cancel a transaction, there's no action against the buyer. If your buyer didn't pay you, learn more about what to do when your buyer doesn't pay (unpaid item process).

Congratulations, you did a BIN and the item is yours.
There is no cancel button on eBay. Failing to pay the seller costs the seller money, so you can expect them to file an unpaid item dispute--and for you to get kicked off of eBay.
PS, stop saying you didn't do the BIN. It's a two step process and you can't win unless you confirmed it. There are no accidents here.
Yes, it's two "clicks" for a buy it now. So its no "accident"! There isn't a cancel button. You need to email the seller and nicely ask if they will cancel the sale for you. If they don't, you will get a "non paying buyer strike" against your eBay account which can affect your ability to bid or buy things in future. No one likes o deal with people who waste them time and money.
